Warranty
Claiming A Warranty Issue
If you believe your product is defective and eligible for warranty under its respective brand policy, kindly fill out the Claim Form to initiate a warranty claim.
Defective / Faulty Products
All products under warranty that are deemed defective will be processed as per their brand policy for repair, replacement, or refund. Warranty claims may be rejected if the product has been physically damaged, improperly installed, burnt due to power surge or subjected to abuse in any way.
Replacing Faulty Equipment
Warranty for faulty equipment will only be offered after a warranty issue has been claimed and verified. The warranty process typically takes 5 to 20 working days to complete.
Warranty Eligibility
Warranty applies only to products that have warranty information stated on their product page. If no warranty information is provided, the product is not eligible for warranty.
Returns & Refunds
Goods That Do Not Meet The Description
At Customer Care Center Pakistan, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If a product does not meet the description provided by registered supplier, customers have 5 working days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return the product. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and with all packaging materials and documentation after claim is verified.
Video Proof
Customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video upon receiving their parcel as proof that they received a faulty item. If a video is not recorded, claims for returns will not be accepted. If the video is recorded after the package has been opened, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Tampered / Damaged Seal
Please inspect the seal on the package upon receipt. If the seal appears to be tampered with or damaged in any way, it will not be processed for return or refund.
Shipping & Collection
It is customer's responsibility to send us faulty unit at our customer care center after claim is verified or approved. Shipping charges of sending and receiving the parcel will apply as per reseller and brand policy. If there is no information, there will be no reimbursement of shipping & collection charges from customer care center.
It is customer's responsibility to ensure package at customer care center is delivered in proper packaging. Any damages during transit will lead to claim rejection and will not be accepted for warranty or claim.
Limitation of Liability
Customer care center's entire liability will be limited to procedures, terms and conditions defined by respective brand.
This limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement of or reimbursement for any electronic device or personal property that is not purchased from our registered or authorized partner.
Customer care center will not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data (whether direct or indirect) or commercial loss for breach of any express or implied warranty on your product even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Working Days of Our Company
